Omg! I am obsessed. Definitely a new regular. I was lucky to be blessed with the complete wellness package. From the infrared sauna to the massage to the float. It was amazing to say the least. Thank you, City Cave Rocklea for an incredible experience.

Excellent deep tissue massage with Nabuko. She was very friendly and also gave some helpful maintenance tips. Customer service was lovely too. They helped me find the place when I was a bit lost and were understanding when I was a bit late. I’d happily go back!

Tip for first time visitors: city cave is not on ground floor where the parking is, you find the organic grocery store and go past the automatic doors to the right of the grocery store and up the lift/stairs, and then follow the signs. My mother really enjoyed the 60 minute float therapy and the front counter attendant that assisted us on the day we were there (Saturday 6th in the morning) was so lovely and accommodating. Clean facilities, there’s a small shower in the same room as the float bath, and there’s a really nice waiting area if a partner is accompanying the person getting a treatment. Lovely teas on offer too (both hot and cold) and some sketch books.

Most amazing float experience! We were greeted by a very friendly staff member who explained everything clearly and made us feel relaxed. The float room was incredibly clean and had everything you could need (towels, ear plugs, cream to cover cuts/scratches, shampoo, conditioner, etc). I have been to other float services and they have been quite cold, but this was heated to a perfect temp in the room and in the water. I didn't feel cold once. It was great to be able to control the lights and we were able to sit and have a refreshing beverage before and/or after the float, which was great. Have already booked our next experience!
